Ed Kashi’s workshop on visual storytelling was the more appealing to me, because I thought this area of photography would be a good way to match my passion of travels, learning about cultures and sharing stories with people. I built my story-telling on the 6000 m2 market of La Boqueria, in the center of Barcelona and I focused mainly on people, be it customers (mainly tourists) or merchants.
My interest in photography was born 15 years ago. At first, I documented my travels without knowing much about the technique. I began working on my technical skills 4 years ago and one year ago, I decided I wanted to become a professional photographer. That is when I began attending workshops with professional photographers in order to learn from their experience and choose the area(s) I will specialize into.
