My name is Wolfgang Pastl and I am a film maker, creative director and photographer based in Linz, Austria. I run an advertising agency and do mainly commercial work. As a photographer I love to do personal projects that look at people, places and the space between. Most of my images could be described as street photography, which I see as a snapshot of the state of society.

Where is the Love?
In times when it seems everything is going down – economy, hope, personal connection, you name it! – you could agree that we should raise kindness and love. But where is love? Does it show in a big city? And what is love anyway?

Street Fishing
Amsterdam is a special place in many ways. One of them is being a hot spot for street fishing. Instead of looking at fishing tours for tourists, this project tries to portrait local fishermen, for who fishing is not only a hobby, but a way of life.
