The second series is taken in Kibera, Africa’s second largest Slum, located in the outskirts of Nairobi, Kenya. I had the privilege to work on a small social project there and wanted to show the atrocious conditions of the schools but at the same time reflect on how much vitality, warmth and motivation the children have.
I am deeply passionate about photography, telling stories and showing people the real and honest side of the world around us. I am submitting two series of photos. The first is about Frankfurt’s Red light district, this is a work in progress as I want to make a full piece on the people who lead their life in the city which has Germany’s largest heroin market.
