This happens in math imagining a new theorem and then trying hard to apply difficult technical tools to prove it. Something similar happens here, at least it seems to me, imagining what a photo or a photographic project can be and then trying to realize it using the knowledge about lights, cameras, postproduction and all that.
Therefore, at least I know the difficulty to obtain a good result and how much time one has to devote on it. In this very interesting workshop I had the occasion to confront myself with some beautiful models and the way they were appearing to me through the lens of my camera and how they were smiling or having a remote “regard” drove the idea of my portfolio. I have mixed feeling about the result of my work, but I am pretty sure I have learned a lot; so the final result is positive.
