Rinko found that there were something in common, something universal in the subject and in the way to make the photographs, and suggest me to mix the pictures.
After a really bad evening, wondering how could I connect these two separated parts of my brain, I finally succeeded in making diptychs, and it encourage me to go on with a new way of treatment for this project on home birth : mixing pictures of a family with landscape relative to the place the family lives.
The second night, I made pictures in Paris under rain, with the idea to found pictures that could match with another family. And he worked really good. This workshop really gave me a new start for this project. Now, I have a new approach to work on, and a book in mind…
