Spring in Paris is a special time and the streets are filled with tourists and Parisians emerging from a gray winter. Tourists occupy the streets and major attractions (Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Le Louvre, Arc de Triumph). While Parisians find their own places to inhabit as the weather improves and the sun hangs in the sky a little longer. As tourists take photos of the Grand Palais and the golden statues on Pont Alexandre III above, Paris life goes on beneath the bridge, where young Parisians eat, drink and hang out.
