Faces of Marseille

I am a Vienna based full time photographer. I was born in 1977 in Vienna from a Bosnian mother and a Viennese Father and am quite fond of the city, as it’s a melting pot of many different ethnicities.
For the last 12 years I have been working on different personal projects with focus on the person and their struggles with their situation, besides corporate and family photography.
I have a strong interest in telling people´s stories and show them and the world how beautiful we all are- with all of our trauma, our scarring and our insecurities.

The series I produced are environmental portraits of different women in Marseille. I love the spirit and the colorful habitants of the city. I hope that I managed to capture the many facets of the part of the city we stayed in by showing the faces of the strong women I met. I hope, I am doing them justice.
